(1) The Director General or any investigation officer shall deliver the notification, order or document issued in accordance with this Act to the concerned person or office staff.
(2) In the event that the notification cannot be served as per sub-section (1), it shall be posted at the home address or office of the concerned person in the Rohwar of the local people of the place where such person or office is located.
(3) If the notice cannot be served according to subsection (1) or (2), the notice can be served by sending it to the address of such person or office by postal registry, courier, fax or other electronic means.
(4) If the notice cannot be served according to sub-section (1), (2) or (3), the notice can be served by broadcasting or publishing the notice in radio, television or any newspaper of national level in the name of the concerned person or office.
(5) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the notice served under this section shall be deemed to have been duly served.
